From Poverty to Possibility—Right in the Heart of Fort Worth
We built the Community Outreach Center (COC) as a 27,260-square-foot hub where education, employment, and faith come together to launch individuals and families toward a better future.  With its innovative programs and strategic partners, the COC is more than a building. It’s a path to lasting change and a launchpad for new possibilities beyond our campus.

Pathways to Self-Sufficiency

No one should have to work multiple jobs just to make ends meet. At the Community Outreach Center, we guide individuals step by step from poverty to financial stability through our Economic Mobility Pathways—a practical, personalized approach to lasting change.

These pathways include hands-on training through our L.A.U.N.C.H. program, offering certifications in high-demand fields like culinary arts, facility maintenance, and warehouse logistics. But it’s more than just job skills—each step is designed to build confidence, purpose, and the tools needed for a stable, independent life.

Every individual is unique, but the goal is the same: steady employment, long-term housing, and renewed hope for the future.

Career Certification Program

Through hands-on training with L.A.U.N.C.H. and partner instructors, individuals prepare for high-demand careers. Whether starting fresh or rebuilding after hardship, our certification tracks lead to a liveable wage and financial stability.

Mobility Mentorship & Life Learning Skills

Success takes more than skills; it takes support. Our Mobility Mentors walk alongside each participant, helping them navigate certification processes, job placement, and any barriers they face.
By combining practical skills with personal growth, we give each person the foundation they need to thrive at work and in life.

Collaborative Care Networks

We can do more when we partner together. That’s why we collaborate with local nonprofits, training agencies, educational programs, and businesses to build a comprehensive care network. From housing and healthcare to educational training and employment – we ensure every need is met so no one falls through the cracks.

Donation Center

The COC’s Donation Center does more than distribute household essentials. It also provides job training and employment in warehousing, logistics, and inventory management. It’s a place where people not only receive what they need but also gain skills to step into stable, better-paying jobs.

When we give generously, others can grow abundantly. Here’s how you can help through in-kind donations.

Education & Employment

When Education Is Out of Reach, So Is Opportunity
Nearly 1 in 4 adults living on the streets lack a high school diploma or GED. Without this foundation, it’s almost impossible to qualify for stable employment or higher learning opportunities. But that’s where we step in—with encouragement, resources, and a plan.
Our adult education programs are designed to meet people where they are—offering a second chance at learning, confidence, and career readiness. We walk alongside each individual to help them succeed—not just in the classroom, but in life.

Through hands-on job training, resume building, interview preparation, and personalized career coaching, we help residents turn their God-given talents into real opportunities. Each journey is different, so we create individualized plans that align with both personal goals and spiritual growth.

Many of these opportunities are hosted at our Community Outreach Center, where residents receive workforce training and practical experience—all within a nurturing environment rooted in faith.

We partner with local employers who believe in second chances and new beginnings. Through job fairs, direct referrals, and workforce training, these partnerships open real pathways to meaningful work—where stability replaces uncertainty and people rediscover the dignity of contributing to their community.

We don’t just help people find jobs. We help them step into who God created them to be.

Financial literacy can transform families for generations. Our programs teach budgeting, saving, debt management, and stewardship—equipping residents with the tools to manage their resources wisely and make decisions that honor their future.

When people see their money through God’s eyes, everything begins to change.

When someone is equipped with the right tools—and rooted in Christ—they don’t just survive; they grow, thrive, and transform.

Because this is more than career prep. We help rebuild lives.

It’s purpose in motion. It’s restoration through Christ. It’s being on a mission.
