In November and December 2015, Altar’D State, a women’s retail clothing store located in University Park Village, graciously chose Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County to receive funds from Mission Monday.

Holiday volunteers served more than 5,900 hours

The numbers are in! The amount of hours our volunteers served during the holiday season is equivalent to $132,750 of salary paid to a UGM-TC employee. Between November 1 and December 31, volunteers dedicated more than 5,900 hours of their time to enhance the lives of neighbors in need.

Help at Christmas

As we enter into the Christmas season, we continue to count our blessings. We are so grateful for the community support that we receive throughout the year and simply couldn’t do it with YOUR help! UGM-TC really tries to make this time of year special for our residents and guests. It can be a sad time for many of them, so it is important to be able to provide them an inviting, safe place to come.
